公司建于1956年，1997年改为股份制企业，2009年在县经济开发区扩建新厂，名为山东义信重机制造有限公司。主要生产1.6米-20米新式数控立式车床、多向新式数控镗铣床、120吨-10万吨节能压力机、单件重400吨以下大型球墨铸件和铸钢件，多功能重型数控卧车也试制成功，达到了国内领先水平，已投入试用，万能重型数控加工机正在组装调试中。
获13项科学技术进步奖，27项国家专利，是山东省高新技术企业、专利明星企业、重合同守信用企业、消费者满意单位。2010年被列为山东省2010年新兴产业和重点行业1000个项目中的重点项目和中央预算内工业中小企业技术改造投资项目。
目前，公司已有四大系列新型数控重型机床在生产和试制，已成为国家大力提倡的现代装备制造业的重点企业之一。主要产品都采用新技术、新工艺、节能环保，有多项技术创新领先国内外。产品都自主研发，技术独有，确保不断升级和更新换代。自1993年以来，企业自主研发出口美国的弯花机、拆切机，出口德国的球墨铸铁连接器等新产品30余种。
Our company was founded in 1956, transformed into a joint-stock enterprise in 1997 and expanded a new factory at the Economic Development Zone of our county in 2009, which is Shandong Yixin Heavy Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd.. We mainly produce new type CNC vertical lathe of 1.6 m -20 m, multi-way new type CNC boring-milling machine, energy saving press of 120 tons -100,000 tons, and one-piece large ductile casting and steel casting of less than 400 tons. The versatile heavy CNC horizontal lathe produced of our company, reaches the leading domestic level, and has been successfully trial-produced and put into trial use, and the universal heavy CNC processing machine is being assembled and adjusted now.
We had won 13 Science and Technology Progress Awards, and 27 national patents. Our company is high-tech enterprise of Shandong province, patent star enterprise, contract-observing and trust-worthy enterprise and customer satisfied unit. In 2010, it was listed as the major project in the 1,000 projects of new industry and key industry of Shandong province and as technology innovation project of industry SMES in the central budget.
In our company, up to now, 4 series of new type heavy CNC machines have been being produced and trial-produced and our company has been one of the key enterprises of the modern manufacturing industry which is strongly advocated by the nation. The main products, which are energy saving and environmentally friendly, all adopt new technology and new process, and many of the technology innovations are in a leading position at home and abroad. All the products are independently researched and developed by our unique technology to make sure that they can be upgraded and updated constantly. Since 1993, we have independently researched and developed more than 30 new products, such as the benders and separating and cutting machines that exported to the US and the ductile iron couplers that exported to Germany. |
